TIM McMASTER

has been involved in the oriental carpet business for over 30 years. He spent 25 years as Senior Member with the American Society of Appraisers, specializing in oriental carpets and textiles. He has traveled extensively throughout Asia studying and collecting textiles. Tim started Garuda Woven Art in 1996, making naturally dyed rugs in Nepal. 

 

SUZANNE ENGERT

is responsible for Garuda Woven Art's graphics, advertising and marketing. She has designed many of Garuda Woven Art's carpets. Drawing from her background as a professional computer cartographer, she works with clients to digitally create custom designs for special orders. Suzanne has a thorough understanding and appreciation of the construction and integrity of carpets as gained from her extensive experience cleaning and restoring antique oriental carpets.
