Pretty gold color – can look like a brighter gold or lean brownish-gold, depending on the light. There is "abrash" in the field (the subtle varying shades of color that come from natural dyes). The loop/pile construction makes the design more prominent from one angle, and less visible from other angles (see images).
Beautiful, natural dye rugs. Each rug is one-of-a-kind. Handwoven in Nepal with organic Tibetan wool. No chemical treatments are used (moth/stain proofing, glues or fire retardants), so there is no toxic off-gassing.

Rugs are final sale and not returnable. However, we do want you to be pleased with your purchase, so we encourage you to contact us prior to buying a rug if you need more information. We're happy to answer any questions and to send more and larger images. In some cases, we can mail color poms or small woven samples.
