Contact us with any questions about a rug, and to purchase without going through our wesbite. Local customers (Denver/Boulder area) are welcome to visit our warehouse by appointment.
Shipping:
Free shipping within the contiguous United States. All of the rugs shown in our clearance section are in stock. Once a rug is purchased, it will be sent from our Colorado warehouse within 1-2 days. The rug will be shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground and should take 3-5 business days to arrive, depending on your location. A tracking number will be provided. Please contact us for shipping quotes for international shipping, or for faster shipping methods.
Returns:
Clearance rugs are final sale and not returnable. However, we do want you to be pleased with your purchase, so we encourage you to contact us prior to buying a rug if you need more information. We're happy to answer any questions and to send more and larger images. In some cases, we can mail color poms or small woven samples.
