Pretty rug with rich, dark gold field--the gold field has "abrash" the gentle variations of color that come from natural dyes. Red flowers, navy blue vine, deep green leaves and a pop of medium blue here and there. The blue and green also have abrash. The design is from an antique Suzani embroidery design.
